Nakaseke, Uganda – The territorial police in Nakaseke district have opened up an investigation into the tragic incident involving the murder of Juko Adam, a 28-year-old boda boda rider from Kalule Village, Luwero district.
According to Savannah region police spokesperson ASP Twiinamazima Sam,on Wednesday 11th September 2024 at around 1800hrs the deceased picked up a passenger in Kalule Village, Luwero district, who was heading towards Nakaseke district. “However, upon reaching Kyangato Village, the passenger allegedly struck Adam on the head with a metal object and fled with his motorcycle, a red Bajaj Boxer with registration number UFY 267F.” Said Twiinamazima
Police say the deceased was later on discovered by fellow Boda Boda riders while in very critical condition, who proceeded to rush him to Bombo hospital for medical attention where he was pronounced dead. “The case was reported to the police yesterday at Butalangu central police station.” Said the region police spokesperson
“When police received information from the reporter,they responded immediately a case of murder was registered scene was visited and documented, relevant statements were recorded from relevant witnesses a post-mortem form was issued.” He further highlighted
