Kampala, Uganda – In a surprise move, the Uganda Police Force has announced a significant reshuffle in its leadership, replacing the current police spokesperson, SCP Fred Enanga, with ACP Rusoke Kituuma.

SCP Fred Enanga, who has been the face of the police force for many years, has been reassigned to a new role as Deputy Director for Interpol, where he will leverage his experience and skills to support international law enforcement efforts. Enanga is credited with improving the police’s public image and playing a key role in high-profile cases during his tenure as spokesperson.
