ENTEBBE|HE Yoweri Kaguta Museveni and 1st Lady Janet Kataaha Museveni have hosted His Highness, the Kyabazinga of Busoga, and Her Royal Highness, the Inhebantu of Busoga Jovia Mutesi to a luncheon in their honor at State House Entebbe.
At this event, Museveni said he was always bothered and wondered why Kyabazinga was taking so long to make a decision.
”I congratulate HH Gabula on finding a wife. Whenever we met in the past, I used to ask him why he was visiting me alone. Therefore, I am very glad that he finally found a companion,” said Museveni adding;
”I also thank him for showing respect to elders by introducing his wife to us. I thank God for enabling me to work with three generations of the Gabula’s, right from the 1960s till now.”
Also, as an elder and a parent, Museveni gave the couple 100 cows to welcome the bride and 20 cows for a gift of gratitude to the family of Inhebantu.
