The Uganda Rugby Cranes 7s team has emerged victorious at the Rugby Africa Men’s 7s tournament in Mauritius, clinching their fourth title in the competition.

The team defeated Zimbabwe 24-7 in the Cup Semifinals, securing their spot in the final and amassing enough points to maintain their top position in the overall standings. With 20 points from the first round and a minimum of 18 points from the second round, Uganda’s total of 38 points puts them out of reach of any other team.

Coach Tolbert Onyango and players Adrian Kasito and Philip Wokorach have made history, winning their fourth Africa Men’s 7s title with Uganda. The team’s impressive performance has cemented their position as a dominant force in African rugby.

The Rugby Africa Men’s 7s tournament, held at the Labourdonnais Sports Grounds in Mauritius, saw teams from across the continent compete for the top spot. Uganda’s victory is a testament to the team’s hard work and dedication, and solidifies their position as a force to be reckoned with in the world of rugby.
